Energetic Banker
Think of yourself as an energetic banker. Instead of money, your currency is ENERGY. We speak openly as a society about smart investments with our cash, but what about smart investments with our energy? What has your focus? Where is your attention going? How are you investing your time? Relationships, family, friendships, careers, etc., all require some sort of energetic deposit from you. As the energy flows from you to them and from them back to you, how are you feeling? Do you feel abundant or depleted? Does this energetic investment get you into emotional debt?
No person or situation is perfect. Nor do we need this human existence to be perfection. In fact, the “messy” is often a key part of the beauty in this temporary Earth experience. With that being said, it is still important to tune in to self during our daily interactions with the world around us and recognize when something or someone acts more as an energy vampire. Notice when a vibrational exchange feels off, imbalanced, or one sided. Not everyone we meet is meant for us. Not every opportunity is one we should take. Be your own energetic bank teller. Gage the flow. Notice how much you are putting in vs. how much you are receiving in return. Allow more of a healthy balance into your space, with every exchange.
